With the Click to Call feature, users can easily dial any number they encounter in their browser, connecting the call through their VoIP service provider. Additionally, the Incoming/Outbound Screen Pop functionality provides users with various options for handling incoming, ongoing, and missed calls effectively.
Furthermore, the extension enables users to take notes and tag calls effortlessly, ensuring all communication is recorded within JobDiva. Users can also quickly add unrecognized phone numbers to new or existing contacts and candidates, as well as access missed calls and unlogged call history efficiently through the gUnify Panel.
